Return Window

You may request a return within 45 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Free from damage caused after delivery
  • Returned in its original packaging

How to Return an Item

All returns are processed by mail.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Securely package the item and ship it to the return address provided.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information and keeping proof of shipment until your refund has been completed.

Restocking Fee

A flat $5 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for each approved return. This fee helps cover handling, processing, and inspection costs.

The restocking fee will be waived if the return is due to an error on our part, including receiving an incorrect or defective item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive defective or incorrect:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)
