Refund Rules for Custom Orders
We create unique boxes that feature your specific logos and brand colors. These items are made only for you and cannot be sold to other people. We do not offer cash refunds once the factory begins the printing process. Customers are requested to review their details before confirming as it will be difficult to cancel once the production starts.
Reporting a Manufacturing Error
You can get a free replacement if your boxes have a clear production fault. This covers mistakes like the wrong box size or the wrong printing colors. This also includes structural issues like poor glue or bad cardboard cuts. You must tell our support team about these issues within 3 business days. We will investigate your claim fast to provide a great solution for you.
How to Request Your Replacement
You must send an email with clear photos of the damaged or wrong boxes. Please include shots of the defect and the entire batch of products. Our experts will compare your photos to the approved digital design files. We make sure that no mistakes are made during the production process.
Items Damaged During the Shipping Journey
Our team packs every order with strong layers to prevent damage during delivery. You should inspect your boxes immediately as the courier delivers them to your door. Customers have to immediately contact us to file a claim against the damage. Our customer care team will guide you through the further procedure and help you get through it. We will work with you to ensure your business does not suffer from courier mistakes.
Design Changes After Your Approval
Your final approval is the signal for our factory to start the machines. We cannot change the design or the size after you give us your approval. You must pay for a new production run if you find a mistake later. We provide digital proofs so you can check every word and color first. Please check your artwork files carefully to avoid any costly errors.
Policy on Exchanges and Box Styles
We do not offer exchanges if you change your mind about the box style. Our company builds custom solutions based on the dimensions you give us. We provide sizing guides to help you choose the best box for your product. It is your job to ensure your items fit inside the sizes you select. We only replace items that have a verified fault from our production team.
Color Variation and Printing Standards
Screen colors always look different than physical ink on cardboard. We use standard CMYK printing for all our custom box orders. Small changes in color shade are normal in the printing industry. We do not offer replacements for minor color shifts that occur during production. We suggest ordering a physical sample if you need an exact color match.
Quantity and Overrun Policy
Our factory works hard to deliver the exact number of boxes you ordered. Large printing jobs may sometimes result in a few extra or fewer boxes. This small difference is a standard part of the manufacturing process. We will refund the cost of any missing boxes if the count is short. We do not charge extra if we ship a few more boxes than you purchased.
Storage and Climate Care
You must store your custom boxes in a dry and cool environment. Humidity and direct sunlight can damage the cardboard and the ink. We are not responsible for damage caused by poor storage at your location. Please keep your packaging away from water and heat to maintain its quality.
